How we work

• Remote-first across India. Two optional in-person weeks a year.

• Small team, broad ownership. Engineers do editorial reviews; editors test calculators.

• Boring reliability. A page that quietly works is worth more than a flashy launch.
• Plain language. The buyer is busy. So is the agent reading our markdown.
• Local truth. "Price on-road" depends on the city. Our content should too.
• Open by default. Editorial decisions, code, and content live in an open repo where possible.

Open roles

We are a small team and hire opportunistically rather than against a fixed plan. Right now we are particularly interested in hearing from:

• Senior full-stack engineer (Cloudflare stack). Astro, React, D1, R2, Workers. You will own a vertical from edge cache to JSON-LD.
• Automotive editor (India). You have driven cars and bikes for a living or as a serious hobby and you can write a 200-word summary that a non-enthusiast can use to make a decision.
• Data engineer (catalogue and pricing). You enjoy turning brochure PDFs, scraped tables, and government datasets into a clean schema. You care about provenance.

We reply to every application. Most processes take two weeks: an async take-home, a paired working session, and a short conversation about scope and compensation.
